Surfing Etxea - Surf Hostel - San Sebastian

We had a great stay at Surfing Etxea - Surf! the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. the hostel has a fantastic social vibe and a tight-knit community feel. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town. the spacious lockers kept our belongings organized, and the surf lesson was definitely a highlight of our stay. a wonderful experience!

Great and friendly staff, clean and chill atmosphere, centrally located bar, nice showers and bedrooms with lockers underneath each bed. Perfect location, 2-minute walk to the surf. Lots of space to relax during the day and a decent private bar with street food. Staff provides a local experience and lots of helpful recommendations. Great for surfers and making new friends.

The value for money at Surfing Etxea - Surf was unbeatable, with spacious and comfortable rooms that even had balconies. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, bars, and restaurants.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. They even allowed us to use the showers after the check, out time, which was a great help after our race. the rooms, showers, and living areas were clean and spacious. the hostel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the nightlife in the old town. the staff's friendliness, helpfulness, and flexibility made our experience exceptional. We highly recommend Surfing Etxea , Surf and can't wait to come back!

The rooms were well-equipped with bed lights, charging stations, and large lockers. The staff was friendly and created a good atmosphere. The hostel had storage for surfboards and wetsuits, and was a short walk from the beach. The bar had a great selection of drinks and food.

We enjoyed going surfing, but it wasn't necessary to have a good time at the hostel. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Surfing Etxea - Surf to others.

The lack of curtains at the bunks does limit the privacy of the guests.

I recently stayed at Surfing Etxea in San Sebastian for a week-long surf trip. The hostel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First of all, the location is unbeatable, just a few meters from the beautiful La Zurriola beach. The hostel has a relaxed and friendly vibe, and I instantly made friends with fellow travelers. The beds were comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. The hostel was always clean and spacious, with a nice terrace to relax on. One of the best features was the lockable storage drawer in the dorm room, which allowed me to keep all my belongings organized and secure. Surfing Etxea is the perfect place for surfers, solo travelers, and groups of friends.
